Docker is an open platform for developing, shipping, and running applications. \
It enables you to separate your applications from your infrastructure, so you can deliver software quickly

This package contains the docker client for Windows which is used to administer your docker hosts remotely. \
It does not contain the docker engine to run containers on a Windows host.
If you do need to run Windows or Linux containers on Windows, take a look at [Docker-Desktop](https://community.chocolatey.org/packages/docker-desktop).
