wolfSSL wolfMQTT 1.9 has a heap-based buffer overflow in MqttClient_DecodePacket (called from MqttClient_WaitType and MqttClient_Subscribe).
wolfMQTT is a small, fast, portable MQTT client implementation, including support for TLS 1.3.
