wolfSSL wolfMQTT 1.9 has a heap-based buffer overflow in MqttDecode_Disconnect (called from MqttClient_DecodePacket and MqttClient_WaitType).
wolfMQTT is a small, fast, portable MQTT client implementation, including support for TLS 1.3.
